UI | UX Designer

Job Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team at Freshboost You will be responsible for crafting user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role demands a strong understanding of user behavior, interaction design, and visual aesthetics. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to turn ideas into intuitive and functional designs. Key Responsibilities Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and visual consistency. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing. Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI libraries. Translate complex product requirements into clean and user-friendly designs. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX. Requirements 1-2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, XD, or similar. Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs and a user-centered design process. Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
