Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive, take‑charge mindset. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in guiding Agile teams, driving delivery excellence, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Locations: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate core Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Empower development teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes while ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
• Proactively identify, address, and remove impediments to maintain team momentum and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog and ensure clarity in user stories.
• Monitor and report sprint progress through established Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and capacity planning.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing feedback and process enhancements.
• Ensure transparency and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Support cross‑team coordination and alignment in multi‑team or scaled Agile environments.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with strong facilitation and leadership capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains:
• BI/DW, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Projects.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is desirable.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
