About The Role

We're looking for two Associate Digital Product Managers to support our digital products. This role will support Member Online. As an Associate Digital Product Manager, you’ll support the discovery, prioritisation, and delivery of digital product enhancements that align with our broader strategy and longterm vision. You’ll also contribute to key digital product governance activities, including risk and change management, within a complex and highly regulated environment.

Ideally, you’ll bring experience working with multifactor authentication and/or exposure to superannuation insurance products such as Death, TPD, and Income Protection.

Both roles are available as 12month maximumterm/secondment opportunities as part of a projectfunded initiative.

We have office locations in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne but we would be happy to consider candidates in other locations too.

About You

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

• You have experience in digital product management, business analysis, user experience, or other related digital capabilities.
• Your strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, along with your ability to learn the technical capabilities of products, sets you apart.
• Your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and improving product usability drives you.
• You're driven, highly organised, and methodical in your approach to solving complex problems in a team and/or broad stakeholder environment.
• Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build relationships across an organisation.
  
  

You have experience working with agile cross-functional teams to drive results, including having played various roles and/or helping facilitate various ceremonies.

• Your strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for reporting and presenting to stakeholders.
