Build the Product That Automates the Industry

A profitable early-stage healthcare platform in Munich is hiring its first engineer.

The product is live.

Paying customers are onboard.

Achieved €1million ARR in 8-months.

The bottleneck is speed and product maturity.

This is a “ship and shape” role - not a “maintain what exists” role.

What You’ll Do

• Own backend architecture and system design
• Ship full-stack features alongside the technical founder
• Turn manual workflows into AI-driven automation
• Design data models and integrate detached pipelines into one cohesive flow
• Push product decisions forward, not wait for tickets
• Contribute to architecture and technical direction

Tech Stack

• React / TypeScript
• Node.js
• Python (data, pipelines)
• Docker
• Cloud-hosted infrastructure

Product thinking and execution speed matter more.

You Should Have

• Strong backend and system design fundamentals
• Experience in high-ownership or early-stage environments
• Ability to ship quickly without over-engineering
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing requirements
• Interest in applying AI in real production workflows

Bonus:

• German or Mandarin language skills
• Experience in B2B platforms, logistics, ERP, or healthtech
• Startup building experience (0 to 1 or early scale)
