What You Will Be Doing
As Team Manager within Trading Reporting, your primary management responsibility will be with the System Team, while you will also hold shared responsibility for the Feature Team together with another manager. This shared responsibility covers daily operational coordination, delivery alignment, and prioritization across the Feature Team, whereas line management will apply only to a defined set of team members. The System Team is responsible for the Regulatory Reporting platform, ensuring its stability, reliability, and continuous improvement. The Feature Team is responsible for running and evolving our current regulatory reporting solution, built within the Microsoft technology stack (C#/.NET, MS SQL, MS Servers).

What You Will Be Doing

As a Team Manager You Will Be Responsible For
- Lead, coach and inspire the team, and have the responsibility for being a role model for your team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Enable the team to work towards their goals
- Driving changes in ITIL processes such as Change, Incident, Communication and Release Management.
- Providing leadership in Agile Ways of Working within the SAFe framework.
- Promoting a culture of learning, growth, and inclusion.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative software solutions.
- Staying up to date with the latest cybersecurity practices and technologies in secure software development and delivery.
- Fostering the technical growth of the development team through mentorship, training, and coaching and giving meaningful feedback.
- The staff and full accountability for the teams’ deliveries.
- Lead, coach and inspire the team, and for being a role model for SEB’s behaviors: Create value, Act long-term, Build positive relationships.
- You will work in close collaboration with Tech Lead, Architects, Product Owners and other relevant stakeholders for this area.
Who We Are Looking For

- You have experience of managing IT development in a complex, fast changing and demanding environment. You understand modern software development and agile way of working.

- You take an active part in our management team, driving our joint agenda forward.
- Fluent in English. Work execution is related to foreign countries.
- Technical background and preferably experience in software development.
- Experience of working with financial products and regulatory reporting.
