Higher education in Information Technology or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in managing IT projects for external clients in SaaS, OTT, MAM (Media Archive Management), or Video Service environments, with hands-on experience in OTT/Video projects (e.g. as an OTT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or OTT/Video Product Manager).
Strong technical understanding of software infrastructure, APIs, and integrations within OTT and video delivery ecosystems, including practical knowledge of DRM, streaming technologies (e.g. Scalestream), encoding/transcoding workflows, CDN, and related integrations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across both business and technical domains.
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Office suite).
Strong ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Good knowledge of English (for working with international clients).
Ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.
Lead end-to-end MAM and Video Service projects, including gathering and implementing new client requirements, delivery of new MAM systems, execution of complex OTT initiatives, and potentially technical migration projects to new systems.
Serve as the main point of contact for client projects and delivery of changes, ensuring clear accountability and professional communication.
Manage client requirements, align expectations, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate all implementation-related matters: environment setup, integrations, data migration, app delivery, and deployment, especially in MAM and Video Service projects.
Prepare and maintain an integrated project schedule in collaboration with the PMO lead, including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Lead status meetings with clients and internal teams, providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
Work closely with the product development project manager, product owner, and development teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Oversee the implementation process, verifying technical readiness and appropriate configuration, including technical configuration of new tenants (clients), if assigned.
Ensure full and accurate project documentation, including the project charter, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Regularly report project progress, risks, recommendations, and improvements to management.
Participate in post-implementation reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously improve delivery quality.
Cooperate closely with Clients, Customer Satisfaction Manager, Sales Managers, Platform (technology) Managers, Development Team Leads, and Product Owner.
Report directly to CPMO – Chief Project Management Officer and the Board.
