Role : Digital Business Analyst

Location : Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite/week)

Contract

Roles and requirements:-

▪ Review functional implications of technical decisions.

▪ Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts related to requirements and solution design.

▪ Lead workshops and design sessions to gather input and foster alignment.

▪ Act as a subject matter expert on the business side of digital solutions.

▪ Contribute actively to the Business Analyst Community of Practice.

▪ Participate in Agile ceremonies as applicable (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives).

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills:-

▪ 8+years of experience in Business Analysis role.

▪ Proven experience in writing functional specifications and user stories.

▪ Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

▪ Strong stakeholder management skills in matrix or project-based organizations.

▪ Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.

▪ Familiarity with e-Commerce or content platforms is a plus.

▪ Knowledge of service delivery and IT project management practices.

▪ Technical aptitude and ease working in technology-driven environments.

▪ IIBA certification is a plus. Soft Skills

▪ Clear and professional communication across multicultural teams.

▪ Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn.

▪ Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced Agile environment. Education & Language

▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.

▪ Fluency in English is required. French or other languages are a plus.
