🚀 We’re Hiring a Business Analyst / Data Analyst (2–3 Years of Experience)

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Data Analyst with 2 to 3 years of experience to join a dynamic and data-driven business environment, focused on continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

This role acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting and business insights.

📍 Location: Maia, Portugal

🏢 Work model: On-site 3 days per week

🔎 Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements
• Analyse data to support business decisions
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Work closely with stakeholders across different business areas
• Support process improvement and identify optimisation opportunities
• Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, documentation and workflows

✅ Profile required

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Business-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Experience with Power BI, Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL is a plus
• Autonomous, organised and proactive
