Graphic Designer - Contract

Join a premium furniture retailer renowned for its curated selection of international brands and a strong focus on photography-driven marketing. This role is ideal for a designer with an editorial sensibility and a refined approach to visual storytelling. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to create layouts, ads, EDMs, and social content that showcase high-end product and lifestyle imagery. The emphasis is on restraint, confident typography, and letting the photography take center stage. Assignments will span social media, web, email, and paid advertising, with briefs that provide clear direction and access to top-tier brand assets and photography. This is an opportunity for a designer who thrives in a polished, considered aesthetic and can independently deliver creative solutions that align with a premium lifestyle brand.

Deliverables

• Design visually compelling layouts for digital ads, EDMs, and social media content
• Develop and update landing pages in Squarespace with a focus on clean, editorial design
• Create marketing collateral that highlights product photography and maintains brand consistency
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to interpret briefs and execute creative concepts
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and reflect a curated, lifestyle-driven aesthetic
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within lifestyle, retail, or editorial sectors
• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished, restrained design and confident use of typography
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Squarespace
• Ability to design for digital platforms including social, web, email, and paid media
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of visual hierarchy
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects on a rolling schedule
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret creative briefs
