Tasks


  • Coach and support multiple agile software development teams in a scaled, multinational environment
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective implementation of agile principles and practices
  • Foster self-organization, ownership, and continuous improvement within teams
  • Remove impediments and support cross-team collaboration and alignment
  • Promote adherence to Definition of Done, quality standards , and safety-related processes
  • Support outcome-driven product development through OKR alignment
  • Contribute to improving agile maturity and transparency across the organization


Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Proven experience in agile software development environments (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Experience coaching cross-functional teams in complex project setups
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to manage stakeholders in multinational environments
  • Experience working with agile tools (Jira, Confluence; GitHub is a plus)
  • Advanced German and English skills
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Servant leadership mindset and coaching attitude
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Structured and solution-oriented thinking


Things to know before departure:


  • Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
  • Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
  • Employment contract: Unlimited
  • Line of work: Consulting
  • Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German (B2-C1) & English (B2)
  • Flexibility & willingness to travel
  • Other: a valid work permit
