TeamPilot is looking for a driven Backend Developer for an exciting project.

This client is rapidly scaling their SaaS platform for sales support and data analytics. You will join a high-level technical team where you’ll have significant opportunities to influence the product and grow alongside the latest AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

In this role, you will:

Develop: Build and maintain systems primarily in Python. 🐍

Orchestrate: Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes and work within containerized environments.☸️

Cloud Infrastructure: Work with cloud services, primarily Azure (experience with AWS or GCP is also valued).

System Integrity: Take responsibility for containerized solutions and product flows, ensuring performance, stability, and security.

AI Innovation: Contribute to the further development of the client’s AI-driven sales assistant.

Requirements

Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in backend development.

Core Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and Kubernetes.

Deployment: Proven experience with containerized solutions and production-level deployment.

Mindset: A problem-solving, curious attitude with strong collaborative skills.

Stack: JavaScript, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, or Next.js.

AI/ML: Machine Learning, predictive analytics, or working with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI agents.
