Senior Program Manager – Cyber Security Digital Program ( Gothenburg )

Lead the long-term development and execution within a defined domain, sub-function, or cross-functional network, contributing to strategic direction and organizational capability development at cluster or global function level.The role requires deep domain expertise and strong understanding of future technical and commercial developments, built through extensive professional experience and recognized competence within the industry.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will drive large-scale cross-functional digital programs with focus on cybersecurity transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for program planning, scope governance, risk management, execution oversight, performance tracking, and successful delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and scope.You will ensure alignment across multiple delivery teams and stakeholders to achieve program objectives and realize measurable business value.Experience within Cyber Security, Network Management, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) environments is highly advantageous.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and optimize digital capabilities within a Cyber Security program to enable effective resource planning and objective fulfillment.
• Drive execution of program initiatives across multiple organizational domains and digital functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across areas such as People Experience, Manufacturing, Finance, Cyber Security, Digital Engineering, and other business functions.
• Identify program risks proactively and secure mitigation plans while escalating critical issues when required.
• Communicate program decisions, priorities, and expectations clearly across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
• Ensure readiness for program milestones and governance gates throughout the full lifecycle.
• Align and coordinate cross-functional teams to secure delivery according to defined OKRs and strategic targets.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in program and project management.
• Proven experience leading complex digital development and operational programs.
• Solid understanding of Cyber Security principles and Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior management.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional environments.
• Experience working in multicultural and distributed organizations.
• Strong business understanding combined with strategic execution capability.
• Passion for digital technology and program management as enablers of strategic transformation.
