You will join a high-performing engineering team to build and scale robust backend services powering innovative AI applications. As a core contributor, you will take ownership of production systems, design efficient APIs using Python and FastAPI, and optimize data workflows. This is a critical role for an engineer who thrives on technical autonomy and high-impact shipping.

What you will do:

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance APIs and microservices using Python, FastAPI, and Postgres.
• Architect and optimize data models and caching strategies utilizing Redis to ensure system reliability and speed.
• Lead production deployments and own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical services from design to monitoring.

The ideal candidate:

• 4+ years of professional experience building scalable backend systems with a focus on Python and SQL.
• Proven track record of owning production services and delivering projects focused on reliability or system scaling.
• Strong architectural foundations with experience in event-driven systems or containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
