About the role
The ideal candidate will assist in designing, implementing, and managing compensation, benefits, and payroll programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives. This role involves analyzing market data, evaluating current compensation structures, administering benefits programs, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
What Will You Do?
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies, structures, and payroll processes.
- Participate in salary surveys and benchmark compensation practices against industry standards.
- Evaluate and analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Support the design of incentive programs, bonuses, and other reward systems.
- Prepare detailed compensation, benefits, and payroll reports for management review.
- Conduct data analysis to support compensation reviews, payroll processing, and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Assist in developing and updating compensation, benefits, and payroll policies and procedures.
- Ensure all C&B and payroll practices are in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Communicate compensation, benefits, and payroll programs effectively to employees.
- Address employee queries related to pay, benefits, and other C&B matters.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, especially in the fields of Internet, Social Media, Social Fi, Game Fi, Blockchain, and Crypto.
What Are We Looking For?
- Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits and payroll administration.
- Experience with global compensation analysis, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of compensation practices, including job evaluation, market pricing, incentive plan design, and payroll management.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
