Job Description

As a Platform DevSecOps Engineer, you will be part of the AI Center of Excellence (AI COE), a centralized platform team responsible for building, operating, and continuously improving enterprise-grade AI and data platforms used by multiple internal engineering and project teams. You will embed automation, security, and operability into the platform, ensuring services are delivered in a secure, repeatable, and observable manner, with success measured by adoption, reliability, and long-term platform value.

What will you do?

Platform Automation & CI/CD

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform and AI services
• Standardize deployment, release, and rollback processes across the platform
• Maintain reusable automation artifacts and templates to enable consistent delivery
  
  

Security & DevSecOps Enablement

• Embed security controls, policy enforcement, and guardrails within delivery pipelines
• Implement secure-by-default pipeline and infrastructure practices
• Collaborate with platform and AI engineers to ensure security is integrated early in the delivery lifecycle
  
  

Platform Operations & Observability

• Operate and maintain platform observability tooling
• Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing to ensure platform reliability and performance
• Support service-level operational patterns, including sidecar-based architectures
  
  

Collaboration & Platform Ownership

• Work closely with platform engineers and AI engineers to support shared platform capabilities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of platform reliability, usability, and operability
• Promote automation-first and platform ownership practices across the AI COE
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering roles
• Experience supporting shared, multi-tenant platforms
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation for cloud-native platforms
• Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes workloads using Helm
• Practical knowledge of observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo
• Understanding of sidecar patterns and service-level operational models
• Familiarity with secure pipeline design and policy enforcement concepts
• Automation-first mindset with strong attention to security and reliability
• Strong sense of platform ownership and continuous improvement
