Digital and Content Marketing Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing plan that integrates social media, email, advertising and content marketing to promote Schaeffler brand.
  • Develop engaging, consistent content across channels, utilizing SEO/SEM for visibility, and manage content calendars and workflows for timely delivery.
  • Maintain content calendar – planning and managing materials to ensure consistent publication and distribution.
  • Monitor social media metrics and report findings.
  • Manage campaigns, from running paid ad campaigns to providing ad performance analysis.
  • Manage email marketing initiatives from campaign creation to performance tracking.
  • Meet local and global key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and create engaging content and templates for digital and offline channels such as websites, social media, intranet, and print.
  • Align content creation with editorial strategy, brand tone, and campaign goals for cohesive messaging.
  • Curate content for multi-channel platforms, ensuring relevance and brand compliance.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with design teams and agency partners to produce visually compelling and consistent content.
  • Manage content calendars, internal requests, and coordinate brand approval workflows to ensure timely delivery.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or other related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum two years of experience.
  • Experience with Google analytics, Salesforce and Sprinklr is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel is required. (20%).
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
