Senior Product Designer, Restaurants (Food Delivery)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Restaurants product area and work on food delivery experiences inside the Snoonu mobile app.

This is a new, second Restaurants team. Its focus is speed of learning and experimentation: testing hypotheses, iterating quickly, and improving key parts of the ordering experience. The role sits within our Customer-Facing Area and focuses on high-frequency mobile flows used by a large, diverse user base every day.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Core food delivery journeys: discovery, menus, customization, cart, and checkout
• Experimentation and A/B testing across key conversion points
• Improving clarity, speed, and confidence in ordering flows
• Iterating on a mature, high-traffic product using data, research, and real constraints
• Working on features that ship often and are measured closely
• This is not a greenfield role. You’ll work with real scale, real users, and real trade-offs
• Own end-to-end design for features and experiments within the Restaurants area
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to frame problems and test solutions
• Design and iterate on flows that directly impact conversion and repeat usage
• Use research, analytics, and experiment results to guide decisions
• Ensure designs are implemented accurately through design QA
• Contribute to shared patterns and help keep the experience consistent across the app
• This role expects senior-level ownership: you are responsible not just for screens, but for outcomes
  
  

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

• Typically 5+ years of product design experience (guidance, not a rule)
• Strong experience designing mobile app products
• Confidence working with experimentation, metrics, and iteration loops
• Solid UX thinking combined with good UI craft and attention to detail
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly and work calmly with cross-functional partners
• Comfort staying hands-on in design rather than moving into people management

• Experience with e-commerce, food delivery, or high-frequency consumer products
• Experience working in teams that run experiments and ship often

You’ll be joining a multicultural Product Design team of 18+ designers working across customer-facing products, merchant tools, and internal platforms.

Designers are embedded in product teams and work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writers, and Researchers — solving problems together, not in silos. We care about how we work as much as what we build. We value respectful communication, clear thinking, and curiosity. Feedback is direct but kind. Humor is welcome.
