Middle/Senior Golang Software Engineer

Together, we are building a scalable and secure near real-time data platform that supports hospital staff and management with advanced analytics, operational insights, and improved data-driven decision-making.

The team delivers core data platform functionality, including deployment of Data and Batch Data modules and development of resources for modern data pipelines within a highly regulated healthcare environment.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in Go programming with 4+ years of experience and confident in building production-grade backend services
• Seasoned in running and supporting production systems in AWS or similar cloud environments
• Skilled in designing and implementing cloud-native solutions using AWS services
• Proficient in designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs
• Strong in debugging, performance optimization, and maintaining reliable distributed systems
• Professional in writing unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality releases
• Comfortable maintaining business communication with clients in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
• Knowledgeable in data engineering concepts and experienced in building or supporting data pipelines (as a strong advantage)
• Aware of regulatory and compliance requirements such as SOX, PCI, HIPAA, or data protection standards (as a plus)

• Design, implement, test, and debug scalable backend solutions in compliance with engineering standards
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs that support secure healthcare data flows
• Deploy and support cloud-based services in AWS environments

• Prepare development estimates and participate in technical planning
