Your new role

This primary purpose of this role is to analyse, define and obtain agreement on business requirements and solution behaviour across the department’s core revenue management and IT systems using Lean and Agile principles.

They would like to seek for someone with Strong communication skills, Leadership experience and has previously organised and hosted Business Workshops.

Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally and provide proactive support and highly responsive integrated advice to business users across the enterprise.
• Foster a collaborative working environment and constructively engage with cross-functional teams to elicit, analyse, negotiate and define complex business requirements and domain inter-dependencies.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed to an appropriate standard using agreed methodologies, with a strong focus on business expectation, capability and strategy to deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Lead and facilitate workshops to document, prioritise and trace requirements including business function specifications, process mapping, domain models, workflows, use cases and prototypes.
• Contribute to the development of Business Case for future implementation of Modernisation at the dept.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience developing Modernisation Planning and Business Case for future implementation in large enterprises focussing on business analysis, requirements identification, clarification, prioritisation and management combined with business process modelling, prototyping and use-case analysis skills.
• Demonstrated capability in leading business analysis lifecycle and driving improvements to business capabilities within an organisation.
• Expertise in identifying and implementing contemporary and emerging business analysis frameworks, standards, techniques, and tools including Agile and DevOps to achieve automation, generate efficiencies, improve business processes and reduce costs and turn-around time
• High-level verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical people
