About this opportunity:

The Solution Area PDG EB (BSCS) leads Ericsson’s Business & Operations Support Systems (BSS/OSS) portfolio, aligning architecture, products, services, roadmaps, and commercial structures to deliver a superior customer experience. Within this area, the PDU Ericsson Billing (PDU EB) develops and maintains state-of-the-art, Ericsson-owned products with aligned, end-to-end flows, tools, and processes.

We are seeking a Project Planner (Junior) to join the PDG EB office, supporting the PDU Program Manager in managing operational metrics, KPIs, and reporting, as well as tracking projects, release activities, and process improvements. You will work with teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures, requiring strong leadership, proactivity, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

What you will do:

• Track and support time, quality, and scope metrics throughout the development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs/metrics for PDU products.
• Support release readiness, ensuring processes and tooling are in place.
• Execute, monitor, and control project plans, providing efficient progress reporting against objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the PDU — ways of working, AI adoption, processes, and tooling.
  
  

The skills you bring:

• Project management experience in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence; exposure to Power BI or eazyBI is highly valued.
• Understanding of cloud-native software development across its lifecycle.
• Resource and budget management.
• Risk management.
• Advanced or fluent English level
