Senior Frontend Developer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join a high-performing digital team working on large-scale, enterprise-grade web platforms for a government client in Brisbane.
This role will focus on delivering accessible, performant, and reusable frontend solutions within an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environment.
Experience with AEM (authoring or headless) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop responsive, accessible, and high‑performing web applications
Build and customise AEM components, templates, and frontend modules
Translate UI/UX designs into reusable components using React
Work on headless AEM implementations and enterprise design systems
Integrate AEM with backend APIs and third‑party services

Skills and Experience

Demonstrated experience in frontend development experience, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Strong proficiency with React, Redux/Context API
Experience with AEM (headless or component‑based) highly advantageous
Experience with Storybook, design systems, and reusable component libraries
Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (Analytics, Target, CDP)
Experience in enterprise or government digital platforms
Proficient with Figma, Jira, Confluence, GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
