📍 Brussels, Belgium (50% Onsite / 50% Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master (5+ years) to join a cross-functional Agile squad within a banking environment in Brussels.

This role is ideal for a servant leader who embodies the Agile mindset, drives team performance, and ensures smooth delivery within complex IT environments.

🔎 Your Mission:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retro)

• Coach teams, stakeholders & business lines on Agile best practices

• Remove impediments and protect the squad from distractions

• Track velocity, capacity & delivery metrics

• Ensure backlog consistency in Jira

• Drive continuous improvement & team self-organization

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Agile coaching experience

• Scrum Master certification

• Experience in banking environments

• Strong knowledge of Jira & Agile reporting tools

• Understanding of CI/CD & automated testing environments

• Fluent French & English
