Chief Executive Officer

Tallinn-based technology company Feeport OÜ (x7trade brand) is looking for a CEO with a focus on driving international sales and partnerships to a new level. Feeport OÜ owns and operates one-of-a-kind SaaS-based platform - x7trade - which automates a) regulatory compliance with EU and national jurisdictions in the EU and b) facilitates customs clearance of bulk b2c e-commerce shipments imported into the EU from the 3rd countries.

You will join us in Tallinn where we have already a well-established and functioning software & compliance % marketing team. Work onsite in our office in Ülemiste City.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead across all aspects of the company's daily operations
• To develop and execute direct sales and partnership growth strategy
• To grow the revenue and profit of the Company
• To manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• To oversee HR and recruiting needs of the company
• To represent the Company at relevant business conferences and events
• To make the Company and its software products a desired object for future investors

Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge of logistics and supply chain is a plus
• Passion for technology is more of a must than just a plus
• Strong business, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Previous C-level managerial experience
• Experience or knowledge of finance and basic accounting
• Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and Customs processes is a big plus
