We're working with expertum on this exciting opportunity. We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator with a focus on payroll to join a dynamic team in an industrial environment. This role offers the chance to support key HR functions and ensure smooth administrative processes.
The Role
• Support the administrative implementation of HR processes, including contractual changes
• Maintain and update data within HR systems
• Prepare for payroll processing
• Manage certificate and reporting duties, ensuring timely completion
• Collaborate with other HR departments, such as payroll and expert teams
What You'll Need
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar qualification
• Several years of professional experience in payroll
• Strong knowledge of wage tax, social security, and labor law
• Experience drafting employment contracts, amendments, and references
• Proficiency in MS Office and DATEV
• Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented work approach
