Junior Data Modeler

We’re looking for a hands-on, engineering-first Junior Consultant to help accelerate AI integration into our business. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Hybrid basis. German speaking would be nice-to-have.

This is not a strategy or slide-deck role. This is for a builder - someone who writes SQL, builds Power BI dashboards, adjusts Python code, and embeds AI into real business workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Explore and localise complex internal & external data models
• Write SQL and design data models
• Build executive-ready Power BI dashboards (core focus)
• Integrate and adjust AI/ML components to local business needs
• Translate commercial & consumer data into actionable insights
• Develop ready-to-use analytics applications that drive decisions

What We’re Looking For

• Junior, data-native consultant with a hands-on mindset
• Strong SQL skills
• Strong Power BI front-end development experience
• Understanding of data modelling, data engineering & analytics concepts
• Python experience (a plus)
• Solution-oriented with a delivery-focused mentality
• Comfortable working with large, complex datasets
