.NET Core Developer - Dundalk - Hybrid

We are partnering with a long-established software organisation that develops enterprise solutions used by thousands of businesses internationally. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an ASP.NET Core Developer to join their engineering team.

The Role:

This role offers the opportunity to work on modern web applications and integrated eCommerce platforms within a stable, product-focused environment.

You will play a key part in developing and maintaining ASP.NET Core applications, integrating data from enterprise systems, and ensuring reliable APIs that power customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot ASP.NET Core (C#) applications
• Build and support REST API integrations with backend and ERP systems
• Extract, process and structure data for use across internal platforms
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to deliver reliable data services
• Work with relational databases to store, query and optimise data
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the application stack
• Support ongoing enhancement and stability of eCommerce systems
• Contribute ideas that improve performance, scalability and development processes

About You:

• Minimum 3 years’ commercial experience developing with ASP.NET Core and C#
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration
• Experience working with relational databases
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable reviewing code and providing constructive technical feedback
• Positive, solution-focused approach to development challenges

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working with eCommerce platforms
• Exposure to ERP system integrations
• Familiarity with containerised environments (e.g., Docker)
• Experience with nopCommerce or similar frameworks
