A global technology organisation is seeking a Software Engineer to join an international team responsible for building and scaling AI-powered customer experiences across multiple global markets.

The team is focused on launching third-party (3P) integrations within a next-generation AI assistant platform, enabling real-world task completion such as ride bookings, restaurant reservations, and food ordering. This role will play a key part in expanding these capabilities internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement third-party API integrations within complex distributed systems
• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance microservices
• Optimise systems for high throughput and real-time data processing
• Collaborate with multiple partner teams across international regions
• Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of new AI-driven product features

Required Experience

• Strong experience with API development and system integrations
• Solid knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms
• Ability to design for scalability, performance, and reliability
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working independently and under delivery pressure
• Willingness to take ownership and adapt across multiple responsibilities

Preferred:

• Java development experience
