Enso Recruitment is proud to be working with a high-growth SaaS organisation operating at the intersection of AI, data, and compliance technology. This company is building a category-defining product that helps global marketing teams optimise performance while navigating complex regulatory environments.


They are now seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling their ML capability.


The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role where you will design, build, and iterate predictive models that power core product functionality. You’ll work with a rapidly growing behavioural dataset and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to turn data into production-ready intelligence.


This is a senior position suited to someone who thrives in a scaling SaaS environment and enjoys owning ML systems end-to-end.


What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and optimise predictive models that drive core product outcomes
  • Conduct deep exploratory data analysis to identify predictive signals and segmentation opportunities
  • Engineer high-quality features from large behavioural datasets
  • Design and evaluate experiments (A/B testing, optimisation frameworks, bandits)
  • Deploy and monitor models in production environments
  • Implement monitoring for model drift, bias detection, and performance degradation
  • Collaborate with Product to ensure ML outputs align with commercial goals
  • Contribute to the broader data architecture and ML best practices


About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in Machine Learning, Product Data Science, or Applied ML within a SaaS or product-led environment
  • Expert-level SQL skills
  • Strong Python proficiency for data manipulation, modelling, and statistical analysis
  • Hands-on experience building, training, and iterating predictive models
  • Strong understanding of model evaluation techniques, overfitting, bias detection and feature importance
  • Experience deploying or productionising ML models in cloud environments
  • Experience working with BI / dashboarding tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau or similar)
  • Familiarity with modern data warehousing environments (e.g., BigQuery, MySQL or similar)
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, scaling environment
