HR Operations Generalist Dublin 2 | Hybrid (3 days on-site)
A global technology-led organisation with a strong people-first culture is seeking an HR Operations Generalist to join their EMEA People Services team on a fixed-term contract (11 months). This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong operational experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment supporting employees and managers across multiple regions.
Salary & Package
- Salary: Up to €44,000 per annum
- Contract: 11-month fixed term
- Working model: Hybrid (3 days per week in Dublin 2 offices)
The Role
You will be part of a centralised HR Operations team, acting as a first point of contact for employee and manager queries across EMEA and delivering a high-quality HR service.
- Manage Tier 1 & Tier 2 HR queries across the employee lifecycle, ensuring SLAs are met
- Support contracts, offer letters, employee data changes and policy queries
- Partner with HRBPs and Centres of Excellence to resolve escalations
- Maintain accurate HR data and support audits and quality checks
- Create and update SOPs, templates and knowledge-base content
- Support HR projects, UAT and continuous process improvement initiatives
About You
- 2–4 years’ experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or Shared Services
- Experience supporting EMEA employees in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindset
- Confident communicator with a customer-centric approach
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and time zones
