Role Summary
We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our team on a major mission critical project. The role will commence on a project in Dublin 15 and will later transition to a project in Dublin 22.
This is a key support role within the site team, responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination, control, and management of project documentation and administrative processes. The successful candidate will play an important part in maintaining organisation and communication across the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all site documentation including drawings, reports, registers, and correspondence
- Control document distribution and ensure accurate filing and version control
- Support the Project Manager and Site Management team with day-to-day administrative duties
- Maintain trackers, logs, and document control systems
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Assist with procurement records, delivery dockets, and materials tracking
- Maintain Health and Safety documentation and ensure records are audit-ready
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives where required
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth site operations
Person Specification
- Previous experience in a site administration or construction administration role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience using Procore or similar document management systems is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and professional approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment
- Full, clean driving licence
- Willing to work on projects in Dublin 15 and subsequently in Dublin 22
