About Supliful

---------------

Supliful is the operating system for consumable brand builders. We handle everything behind the product — formulation, fulfillment, compliance — so founders can focus on brand and distribution.

Since 2020, we've grown from zero to $54M+ in cumulative brand GMV, reaching profitability on just $3.4M in total funding. Our platform GMV has nearly quadrupled in two years — from $6.5M in 2023 to $24M+ in 2025 — powered by 1,550+ active builders shipping 750K items last year alone.

We're now entering a new phase. We've spent months talking to our best builders to understand what actually drives brand success — and we're rebuilding our go-to-market around those insights. Combined with AI tools that dramatically shorten our builders' time to market, our target for 2026 is clear: $50M+ in platform GMV.

The Role

---------

We're hiring product engineers — not engineers who wait for specs.

At Supliful, engineers own the full lifecycle: from understanding the problem, to shaping what gets built, to shipping it, to watching how it performs in the real world. There is no product manager writing tickets for you. There is no handoff. You are the person closest to the problem and the person who ships the solution.

We're a small team building app.supliful.com and the internal tools that power our operations — Admin, Fulfillment, integrations with Shopify, Stripe, and our WMS partner. We move fast, we ship weekly, and we work with the garage door up — sharing progress, demos, and half-formed ideas openly so the best thinking wins.

We're also investing heavily in AI-assisted development and building AI-powered tools for our brand builders. If you have opinions about how AI changes the way software gets built and used, you'll have room to act on them here.

What you'll actually do

-----------------------

Talk to your users. Regularly.

Your primary users are internal — ops, fulfillment, leadership, and other teams across the company who depend on the tools you build. You'll speak with them to understand what's broken, what's slow, and what's missing. We're also building toward closer feedback loops with our brand builders directly.

Shape what gets built.

You'll research, prototype, and write up your vision for how a problem should be solved — then pressure-test it with the team. You form opinions and back them with evidence.

Ship end-to-end.

You introduce features across the full stack — frontend to backend, UI to database. You scope your own work, make design decisions, write the code, and get it into production.

Own the outcome.

Shipping is not the finish line. You watch how your work performs, dig into usage data, fix what's not landing, and feed learnings back into what comes next.

Work across boundaries.

Partner with designers, ops, leadership, and other engineers. You're not just building for external users — many of your most important products serve people inside the company.

Build with AI.

Use AI tools to accelerate your own workflow and help build AI-powered capabilities for our brand builders. We're actively doing R&D here and want engineers who lean into it.

Is this you?

------------

5+ years of software development experience.

You've shipped real products in fast-paced environments, ideally on small teams where you wore multiple hats.

Full-stack fluency.

You're comfortable crafting polished UI and building the backend services behind it. You care about the experience, not just the implementation.

Product instinct.

You think about why something should exist, not just how to build it. You'd rather build the right thing imperfectly than the wrong thing flawlessly.

Intellectual curiosity.

You peel things back. You ask "why did they build it that way?" You reverse-engineer decisions. You're unsatisfied when you don't understand something.

Comfort with ambiguity.

You don't need perfect information to start moving. You prototype to learn. You're energized, not paralyzed, by open-ended problems.

Strong communication.

You can explain what you're building and why it matters — to engineers, to designers, to leadership, to users. You write well and present clearly.

High emotional intelligence.

You listen more than you speak. You challenge ideas constructively. You earn trust by doing the work.

Bonus: Experience with our stack — Node, TypeScript, Next.js, Prisma, tRPC, Postgres.

This is not for everyone

------------------------

If you want detailed specs handed to you, a dedicated QA team, and clear swim lanes — that's a perfectly valid way to work, but it's not how we operate. Our engineers are expected to think like owners: understand the problem, decide what to build, ship it, and stand behind it. The pace is fast, the scope is broad, and the ambiguity is real.

If that sounds like the work you've been wanting to do, keep reading.

What we offer

Are we aligned?

----------------

Five virtues that define who we are and how we work. Not aspirational. These are how we make decisions every day.

No egos. Just data.

No politics. No hidden agendas. We say what we think, we share what we know, and we let the numbers settle the debate. Ego has no seat at this table. Failure is allowed. Hiding it is not. Every decision starts with data, not assumptions.

Enjoy the ride.

We are building something hard. That does not mean it has to feel heavy. We celebrate wins, big and small. We recognize the people who carry us forward. If the work stops being something you look forward to, we have a problem. The grind is real, but so is the joy of doing it with people you respect.

Make it beautiful.

Everything we touch should feel intentional. Our product, our processes, our workspace, even how we run a meeting. We do not settle for "it works." We push for "it works and it is beautiful." Clean, purposeful, considered. That standard applies to everything.

Build systems, not tasks.

Think in systems, not tasks. We automate what can be automated. We challenge what has always been done a certain way. We find the unconventional path when the obvious one does not scale. And we apply this to ourselves too. Exercise, rest, learning. A company cannot outgrow the people building it.

Stay disciplined every day.

Consistency beats intensity. Show up. Do the work. Keep your word. The people who win are not the ones with the best plan. They are the ones who execute the plan every single day, long after the excitement fades. Patience, ownership, follow-through. That is how we build.

⁉️ Not sure you’re exactly what we’re looking for in this role, but feel like a close match? Apply anyway!
