The Opportunity
ATS is a performance marketing agency that helps DTC brands scale from multiple six figures to seven figures per month using paid acquisition.
Our work is data driven. We care about numbers, and we work closely with founders and operators.
We’re building our first dedicated sales development role and this is a founding position with a clear long-term path for someone who performs.
If you understand how performance marketing agencies talk, how e-commerce brands think, and why speed and follow-up matter in sales, this will make sense to you.
The Role
You will find, qualify, and engage potential clients through outbound and inbound conversations, primarily on Instagram (at the start).
Over time, this role can grow into a full sales role with ownership over the entire sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Engage inbound leads and run cold outreach via Instagram
- Book qualified meetings
- Follow up consistently over weeks and months
- Maintain and clean lead data in the CRM
- Track conversations, outcomes, and next steps accurately
- Send a clear end-of-day report summarising activity and results
- Communicate proactively with the founder and the team
What We’re Looking For
This role is for someone who:
- Writes clear, correct English
- Understands performance marketing at a practical level
- Is familiar with media buying concepts (Meta ads, metrics, offers, creatives, funnels)
- Understands basic e-commerce terminology and how DTC brands operate
- Is disciplined with follow-ups and organization
- Takes ownership and doesn’t need to be chased
- Communicates clearly and frequently
- Learns fast and improves based on feedback
- Is focused and not juggling multiple jobs
You don’t need to be a media buyer. You just need surface level understanding of it.
This role is not for you if:
- You need constant supervision
- You avoid responsibility or blame the process
- Your written English is weak or careless
- You argue instead of fixing mistakes
- You’re looking for something easy or low effort
