We’re hiring: Executive Education Marketing Manager (Remote | Full-time)


GBSB Global is looking for a strategic, results-driven Executive Education Marketing Manager to own the growth, positioning, and commercial success of our Executive Education portfolio.


This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, B2B marketing, and sales enablement. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, business development, and academic leadership to turn strong programs into compelling market-ready offerings.


What you’ll be responsible for

1. Executive Education Product Strategy

  • Audit and structure the existing Executive Education portfolio into a clear, segmented offering
  • Package programs with strong value propositions, learning outcomes, differentiators, and post-program benefits
  • Work with internal stakeholders to refine and position programs for corporate and senior audiences


2. Sales Enablement & Commercial Support

  • Create high-impact corporate proposals and client presentations
  • Develop case studies, testimonials, and sales materials that support custom and open programs
  • Partner closely with Business Development to support B2B sales conversations


3. B2B Events & Partnerships

  • Plan and execute Executive Education participation in B2B events, conferences, and forums
  • Coordinate branding, messaging, speakers, and follow-up campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Identify and support strategic partnerships for co-marketing and lead generation


4. Digital Presence & Lead Generation

  • Create executive-level lead magnets and thought leadership assets
  • Own and manage the Executive Education website content with a focus on clarity, conversion, and SEO
  • Support PR and media placements to position GBSB Global as a thought leader in Executive Education


What we’re looking for

  • Fluent English (required)
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within Executive Education, professional services, consulting, or corporate training
  • Strong strategic thinking with a senior, business-oriented mindset
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Data-driven approach to marketing decisions
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive audiences
  • Knowledge of Spanish or Russian is a strong advantage
