Our current focus is scaling the platform and launching new tools. To ensure the product remains intuitive and cohesive as functionality grows, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer who can continuously improve the user experience while maintaining high interface quality.

What will you do:

• Design new features and improve existing product sections based on user scenarios.
• Develop UX scenarios, user flows, prototypes, and wireframes.
• Create pixel-perfect interfaces in Figma and evolve the design system by creating and scaling components.
• Adapt interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Prepare designs for handoff to development and ensure accurate implementation.
• Maintain and update visual materials across active projects.

Who we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products, web, or SaaS.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience supporting design systems.
• Understanding of product logic.
• Experience interacting with a team of front-end developers.
• Systematic approach to work, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and respond quickly to changes.
• Skills in designing complex interfaces and experience in graphic design would be a plus.
• Based in Riga.
