Axiology – Building the Infrastructure of Tokenised Capital Markets 

Built for long-term integration into European capital markets, we operate live, regulated market infrastructure in production, powering real capital markets activity in partnership with established financial institutions across Europe. 

About the Role 

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Front-end / Full-stack) to help us build the core platform powering tokenised capital markets infrastructure. You will work on user-facing applications, internal tools, and API layers that support trading, custody, settlement, and issuance workflows. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building clean, scalable systems end-to-end — from intuitive interfaces to robust backend services — in a highly regulated and technically demanding environment. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Build and maintain production-grade front-end applications using ReactJS and Next.js 
• Develop backend services using TypeScript and NestJS 
• Design and implement APIs (REST or tRPC-based) 
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure and blockchain teams 
• Work with PostgreSQL databases and data models 
• Contribute to architecture decisions and system design 
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications 
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes  

Required Skills: 

• TypeScript

• Nice-to-Have Skills: 
• tRPC for building end-to-end type-safe APIs. 
• PostgreSQL for managing data. 
• shadcn/ui for UI development. 
• Sequelize for database management. 
• Tailwind CSS for modern UI design. 
• Turborepo for managing monorepos. 
• Azure for cloud infrastructure. 
• Blockchain Knowledge (e.g., XRPL is a big plus). 

What We’re Looking For:  

• A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but if you’ve got the experience and skills, we’re not hung up on it. 
• 3+ years of relevant work experience 
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design. 
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies 
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, tight-knit team.

Salary range: 3000-5000 € Gross. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
