Mission description – Intervention scope
- Analyse the requirements/needs
- Formalize the needs into the appropriate documents (PID, BRD,..)
- Testing the new functionalties & monitor the changes
- Perform the connectivity testing (SWIFT, SFTP,..)
- To control the changes associated incl the reporting:
- To provide functional expertise on TA applications (Multi-funds TA and its satellites)
- Organize and provide documentation to the necessary processes/evolutions to enable the rollout in production.
Major Criteria with a Weighting = 55% Max
- Criteria #1 MFTA expertise 65%;
- Criteria #2 = Trailer fees TA process 30%;
- Criteria #3 = project management 5%.
Results expected / Deliverables
The aim will be to:
- Support all BA for analysis
- Lead the testing
- Organize training session on the changes
- Evaluate the risks
- Other support as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge management: produce user guides, and documents to upgrade continuously the knowledge databaserb + Action
- Active participation in the release management process (IT transition): request the completed checklists to the application owner. Perform sanity checks in pre-production before the IT release. Perform sanity checks after the release and monitor the release effectiveness.

Prerequisites / Agreed essential elements
As part of the mission, the non-exhaustive list of prerequisites is as follows:
- Business: Transfert Agent, trailer fees, SWIFT & SFTP Processes
- Norms & Process: Trailer fees calculations, operations processes, reconciliation, TA reporting
- Technical: Multifonds TA and its eco-system
- Functional: Expertise in TA and as a BA ;
- Technological: Multifonds, reporting (Estars), Swift, SQL
- Language: French / English
