What Your Job Looks Like 📝
You’ll work closely with our Performance Marketing Specialist to ensure our campaigns are sharp, data-driven, and high-performing. Expect a fast-paced mix of creative experimentation and operational precision.
- Launching & Managing: Supporting the setup and daily management of paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Experimenting: Turning fresh ideas into live tests by uploading creatives, testing copy variations, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- Optimizing: Monitoring budgets and performance metrics to spot opportunities for improvement (with plenty of guidance, of course!).
- Building Audiences: Supporting retargeting efforts and campaign expansions to help us reach the right people at the right time.
- Trend Spotting: Researching competitors and industry trends to propose the "next big thing" for our performance strategy.
