Role Summary
Design, develop and optimize algorithms for sensor data fusion, AI-enabled situational awareness, and decision support within BSS’s Tactical Reconnaissance Strike Complex (TRSC) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and refine data fusion pipelines (ML/AI + sensor fusion) for real-time tactical systems.
- Work with multi-modal data (EO/IR, radar, UAV telemetry) to produce reliable operational outputs.
- Collaborate with systems engineers to integrate AI models into embedded and edge platforms.
- Validate and benchmark AI components against performance and safety requirements.
- Produce technical documentation, test reports and performance analyses.
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, Signal Processing, or similar.
- Experience in machine learning, sensor fusion, and real-time systems.
- Strong Python and/or C++ skills; proficiency with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Familiarity with defense or safety-critical environments advantageous.
