Integration Engineer – AI-Driven SaaS Product – up to EUR 90K – Utrecht / Hybrid

My client is a scale-up that has built and is continuing to scale a successful AI-driven SaaS product. The international customer base is growing rapidly, and they are backed by solid investments. The product provides knowledge workers a high degree of automation consequently these teams have much more time for human interaction. This leads to much more value creation within the organizations. Many repetitive and manual actions are automated by this AI-driven SaaS product. A more groundbreaking example is the ability to filter conflicting statements in huge amounts of documents.

The enormous attention for AI has paid off for my client. But my client was already working on their vision since 2018, thus long before the AI hype.

As an Integration Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain client facing interfaces / API’s. After the initial stage, you will further configure and maintain these interfaces. Due to the success of my client, there is a continuous stream of new clients that need to be onboarded. You will interact online with IT / Security teams of the clients (no need to travel). On top of this, you get the chance to improve the overall performance of my client’s AI SaaS product together with the engineering team. Topics that will be covered are cloud performance, monitoring, scalability, observability, tracing etc.

You bring:

• An enthusiastic personality, you are good with people and like to help! And you thrive well in a transparent and honest company culture;
• Exposure to document management systems like: SharePoint, AFAS, Microsoft Dynamics CRM etc;
• Experience with configuring SSO environments;
• Demonstrable seniority with customer engagements;
• Demonstrable seniority in troubleshooting.
