Role Description

As a European Product Data Manager, you will be responsible for designing, building, and continuously enhancing data quality frameworks and reporting solutions across SAP, PIM, and EPDM ecosystems. The role combines hands-on data engineering using Databricks and Azure, business intelligence development with Power BI, workflow automation via Power Automate, and strong data governance practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across European markets to ensure high-quality, reliable, and compliant product master data.


Responsibilities

  • Lead communication with stakeholders across markets to identify gaps and gather requirements for data projects.
  • Organize and host meetings to track progress and clarify project details, ensuring alignment on deliverables and expectations.
  • Manage daily internal communications via Teams, support colleagues with troubleshooting, dashboards walkthroughs, and mentoring.
  • Design and build scalable backend architectures and data models in Databricks, aligning with evolving business needs.
  • Develop validation logic and improve data quality dashboards, incorporating user feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain Power BI reports, including data models, KPIs, visualizations, and dashboards, tailored to business needs.
  • Lead backend restructuring and front-end redesigns for asset dashboards based on user feedback.
  • Build and refine automation workflows with Power Automate to streamline business processes.


Requirements

  • Strong experience with Databricks (SQL, data engineering) and Power BI (data modeling, visualization).
  • Knowledge of Power Automate and Azure Data Factory.
  • Understanding of data quality frameworks and governance principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and experience working across multiple markets and teams.
