**About the Role**

We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to become a vital part of a dynamic Central Marketing team. This role is perfect for a creative professional eager to contribute to large-scale digital campaigns, drive major promotional rollouts, and craft performance-driven creative that resonates globally. You will thrive in an environment that values a balance of strong brand design principles, modular systems thinking, and an awareness of performance metrics, all while leveraging the latest generative AI creative tools. You’ll operate within a structured internal studio, collaborating closely with creative leadership and cross-functional marketing teams to deliver exceptional visual experiences.

This role is a 3-month temporary freelance contract with potential for extension. Availability: 40 hours/week, with onsite presence required in Amsterdam. Hourly rate: €50,- , excl VAT.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Execute and support the rollout of major promotional campaigns, including high-volume builds for significant events and seasonal promotions.
• Adapt master campaign creative into multi-format, multi-market deliverables with precision, speed, and unwavering brand consistency.
• Design compelling, performance-driven digital assets for paid social and direct response campaigns, creating variations and iterations for testing environments.
• Contribute innovative creative ideas and visual concepts in response to digital briefs, translating strategic direction into scalable visual approaches.
• Apply brand systems consistently across all channels, formats, and regions, designing modular components for efficient scaling.
• Operate and participate within a structured internal studio workflow, managing tasks proactively and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Utilize various generative AI tools to accelerate ideation and production, applying AI responsibly within brand and legal guidelines.
• Provide agile and detail-oriented support for reactive creative requests, managing multiple briefs simultaneously with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  
  

**Required Experience & Skills**

• 3 years of experience in digital, brand, or performance design.
• Strong proficiency in leading design software.
• Demonstrated experience designing for paid social and digital performance marketing.
• Proven experience working within structured brand systems.
• Ability to contribute effectively to concept development and idea generation.
• Comfortable operating in high-volume, fast-paced production environments (either agency or big consumer-focused brands).
• Strong organizational skills and disciplined workflow management.
• Adaptable and comfortable with evolving briefs and project requirements.
