As Global Digital Product Manager – CX & Design you will lead a global portfolio of digital products focused on attraction and conversion of new customers, primarily through our website and global design system. You will manage the roadmap for Wavin’s digital CX and design solutions, ensuring seamless omnichannel experiences and driving measurable commercial impact.
The role
- Define and own the global roadmap for marketing and CX digital products (website, design system, marketing automation).
- Balance digital strategy with stakeholder input to deliver value today and innovate for the future.
- Act as Product Owner: manage priorities, requirements, and vendor relationships for delivery.
- Ensure website health (SEO, accessibility, performance) and optimize navigation, search, and engagement journeys.
- Collaborate with global/local marketing, IT, and product teams to align vision and execution.
- Monitor market trends and leverage analytics to improve customer experience and lead generation.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment, delivery quality, and proper implementation of the design system across markets.
- Contribute to customer discovery and deepen understanding of customer needs across the entire digital journey.
- Lead the overall digital CX for multiple customer types and across other digital product domains, working closely with the Product Managers responsible for each domain.
- Drive and facilitate the organization in applying design thinking, customer journey mapping, and developing digital propositions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Digital Business or related field; 3+ years in product management/development.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), speaking Spanish would be a plus.
- Experienced in agile environments with international/cross-cultural exposure.
- Experience in design systems, UX and CX
- Strong knowledge of CMS (ideally Contentstack), analytics, and marketing/product design.
- Excellent communicator and influencer; able to manage complex global stakeholder networks.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality; proactive, curious, and results-driven.
- Deep understanding of digital trends and customer experience; skilled in balancing global vision with local needs.
- Ability to conceptualize what is not yet built and translate it into actionable product direction.
