Marketing Data Analyst – Marketing Mix & Audience Insights

I am currently seeking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join a dynamic team and drive impactful marketing decisions through analytics, audience insights, and data-driven strategy.

This is a role where you will have a big impact within a global organisation, you will be resposible for a number of different Marketing and innovative projects.

Dutch speaking is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize media spend.
• Support the design and execution of marketing strategies, using data to inform channel allocation, messaging, and creative decisions.
• Conduct audience segmentation to identify high-value customer groups and uncover opportunities for growth.
• Implement audience targeting strategies, ensuring campaigns reach the right people at the right time.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to deliver integrated, data-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in marketing analytics, preferably with exposure to Marketing Mix Modelling.
• Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau/Power BI).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
