We seek a Backend Developer (6+ years of professional experience) willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid model in Lisbon or Porto.

• Experienced in Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA and Spring Cloud Vault
• Experienced in API, PostgreSQL
• Experienced in Agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Octane, Confluence)
• Experienced in DevOps and testing tools (Octane, Junit, Jfrog artifactory, GitLab, Jenkins, Cypress)
• Experienced in quality and security tools (SonarQube, Fortify, Nexus)
• Experienced in Oracle and ElasticSearch
• Experienced in Kafka, Apache HTTP server, CoS, Quartz
• Experienced in complex application implementation
• Experienced in micro-services architectures
• Knowledge in MQ, CFT technologies
• Ability to produce high-quality clean code
• Ability to produce rich & clear technical documentation
• Project-oriented vision with strong commitment on due dates

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in the development, deployment, configuration, review, maintenance, testing and
• documenting of programs in compliance with internal guidelines, specifications provided, the
• deadlines and different quality standards
• Participate in the technical design and the implementation of an exchange layer, liaising the different target applications with the rest of our IT platform
• Develop the Web Services and APIs of a cloud based web application
• Develop server-side web application logic as well as the integration with the front-end
• Work with BA engineering team and front end developers to ensure seamless and performant
• integration
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Troubleshoot and debug including performance optimization
• Work in an agile context in direct collaboration with many people included in the project
• Working in direct collaboration with Business, Product Owner and Developers
• Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
