The Mission

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who is ready to take our infrastructure to the next level. You’ll be responsible for building, scaling, and securing our environments while pivoting into the fascinating world of Health Care Products.

What You’ll Do

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and maintain scalable infrastructure using Terraform.

• Orchestration & Deployment: Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and deploy applications using Helm Charts.

• Continuous Delivery: Own the GitLab CI/CD pipelines and implement GitOps workflows via ArgoCD.

• Cloud Architecture: Manage hybrid environments across Cloud provider.

• Security & Networking: Apply "Security-by-Design" principles to our networking layers to ensure a hardened environment

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have 1–5 years of professional experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability role.

• Tech-Savvy: You have hands-on experience with: o Terraform (IaC) o ArgoCD & GitLab CI/CD o Kubernetes & Helm o SQL Databases

• Cloud Agnostic: You are comfortable working in both Public or Private Cloud setups.

• Security-First: You understand networking protocols and security best practices from the ground up.

• Hybrid Setup: 3 days in our Lisbon office (Marques de Pombal) to brainstorm and connect; 2 days working from wherever you’re most productive
