What will you do?

• Working in a team across the entire lifecycle of project development;
• Staying up to date with the latest artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies and solutions;
• Exploring and analyzing open source solutions aligned with the project’s requirements;
• Implementing AI & ML solutions, ensuring high quality and a positive user experience;
• Collaborating closely with different stakeholders, including software engineering teams and the client;
• Working with Agile methodologies.

What do we expect from you?

• Graduate, Master’s student, or PhD student in an ICT-related field;
• Knowledge and experience with Python;
• Interest in the development of various AI solutions;
• Experience with LLM/SLM/ML frameworks, MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI Agents is highly valued;
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration solutions (Kubernetes) is a plus;
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools is a plus;
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases is a plus;
• Willingness to learn and adopt best practices and emerging technologies;
• Team spirit, orientation towards excellence, and a service mindset;
• Creative and analytic thinking, leading to innovation;
• Professional fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
