Job Description

We are looking for a People & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the recruitment process across our three locations: Portugal, Spain, and Poland. You will lead the full hiring cycle globally, working closely with managers to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for candidates and teams.

In addition to recruitment, you will lead employer branding initiatives and play an important role in coordinating onboarding for new employees across all markets.

The ideal candidate is people‑oriented, proactive, highly organized, detail‑driven, and an excellent communicator, with a genuine interest in creating a positive experience for both candidates and employees.

You will be part of an international, collaborative team contributing to Simplifae’s growth across all geographies.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the full recruitment and selection cycle, from workforce planning and profile definition to offer stage and onboarding of new hires;
  • Work closely with managers and business stakeholders to understand recruitment needs, define role requirements, priorities and timelines across different areas of the business (IT, corporate, commercial, operations, etc.);
  • Draft, publish and manage job advertisements across multiple recruitment channels (job boards, LinkedIn, internal referrals, etc.);
  • Perform CV screening, phone pre-screenings and conduct structured interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process;
  • Coordinate and support managers during interviews and decision-making processes, ensuring alignment and timely feedback;
  • Proactively source and headhunt candidates using different sourcing techniques and platforms, building talent pipelines for current and future needs;
  • Manage the offer management process, including proposal preparation and follow-up until acceptance;
  • Ensure effective communication with candidates at all stages of the recruitment journey;
  • Support onboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation, system setup and smooth integration of new employees;
  • Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements;
  • Participation on employer branding initiatives, including participation in job fairs, career events and recruitment campaigns;
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects related to talent attraction, engagement, retention and continuous improvement of people processes;
  • Support general HR activities across the employee lifecycle, when required.


Education

  • Bachelor / Master in Human Resource Management, Management, Psychology or Law;


Skills & Knowledge

  • Advanced English and Spanish skills (written and spoken) mandatory.
  • Analytical spirit and oriented to work quality;
  • High level of rigor and responsibility;
  • Entrepreneurship, tenacity, proactive attitude and creative thinking;
  • Ability to work with a team and by objectives;


Experience

  • Demonstrated previous experience in HR & Recruitment.
