Penetration Tester

We are looking for a Penetration Tester to join our Client’s team under a hybrid work model from Lisbon, Coimbra, Aveiro or Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute penetration tests (black-box, grey-box, and white-box) and red-team style assessments
• Identify, exploit, and report security vulnerabilities across IT systems, applications, networks, and embedded/IoT environments
• Perform vulnerability assessments and manual exploitation activities
• Document findings, assign risk ratings, and provide clear remediation recommendations
• Support re-testing and validation of implemented security fixes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of security testing methodologies and processes

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional background
• Hands-on experience with penetration testing, vulnerability research, and attack techniques
• Strong understanding of networks, operating systems, web technologies, and secure design principles
• Knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and ISO 27001
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to OT, IoT, or embedded systems environments
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CRTP, or similar
• Availability to travel
