Project Manager

We are a dynamic startup focused on creating cutting-edge Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs). By leveraging our advanced hybrid integration technology, we merge active and passive photonic components to achieve a significant enhancement in optical transceiver performance. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project & Program Manager to play a key role in bringing our first products to market. This individual will oversee the development and delivery of our PIC products through a complex global supply chain, working with multiple suppliers, foundries, assembly plants, and testing facilities to ensure on-time product launches.

The successful candidate will have experience in the photonics industry and will be responsible for:

• Leading photonic IC projects from initiation to delivery, managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Handling subsidy-related projects and ensuring their alignment with overall business objectives.
• Identifying potential risks and making adjustments to project scope as needed.
• Creating detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all aspects of the projects are carefully managed.
• Coordinating with various teams including engineering, operations, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth project execution.
  
  

• A Master's degree in Physics or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (PMP certification is a bonus).
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of photonics or semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex photonics or semiconductor projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
