We are seeking a new talent
CRM Intern (W/M/X)
You will be:
- Location: Based primarily in Nyon, Switzerland.
- Reporting to: CRM Team in the Retail Department.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing, analyzing, and ensuring the integrity and privacy of client-specific data within a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client, data, possess analytical skills, and be eager to contribute to directly impacts retail and client success.
Your responsibilities
- Data Collection and Management
Assist in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a large database, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This will involve working with CRM Tools such as Salesforce, spreadsheets, PowerBI and Dataiku.
- Client Data Analysis
Support the analysis and interpretation of client data to identify business trends, patterns, and insights that can inform commercial strategies and improve client relationship.
- Reporting and Visualization
Contribute to the creation of CRM reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate CRM insights to internal teams. This includes assisting with quality assurance checks on deliverables.
- Collaboration and Support
Work directly with HQ and market CRM/retail teams to support CRM & Client data needs.
- Data Quality and Integrity
Participate in establishing and maintaining data quality standards, and collaborating with relevant teams to address and rectify data quality issues.
- Data Privacy and Security
Learn and adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and internal policies to ensure the secure and ethical handling of sensitive client information. Assist in documenting data processes and CRM methodologies.
- Special Projects
Assist on ad-hoc transversal and retail projects
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Basic retail experience and familiarity with CRM tools and technologies
- A strong interest in client data, data management, and data privacy
- Knowledge of luxury industry
- Fluency in French and English required, multilingual skills are a strong plus
- Proactive, organized, result-driven and adaptable to change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
